This visual was designed for children who have difficulty around daycare/school pickups. This could be a child who is anxious to make sure that someone is coming or it could be a child who needs more details of who is coming. It was specifically created for a kiddo who preferred one parent to pick them up and when the other did, would struggle with increased anxiety and behaviors that resulted in a less than lovely reunion between parent & child. For this kiddo, having that reminder all day allowed for the opportunity to prepare for the reunion and they were able to accept either parent easily after the visual was introduced.
