Safe & Sound
Protocol
Dr. Grant is trained to offer the Safe and Sound Protocol for clients. The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is an evidence-based listening therapy based on polyvagal theory. It is designed to shift the nervous system from defense to regulation, allowing clients to feel safe and connect better with others. It is approved for all ages and can be administered in session or at home. This service is available to explore 1) if you are an active therapy client of Dr. Grant or 2) if you are already in mental health or occupational therapy in Michigan or Arkansas, it can be accessed as an "add on" to your current therapy on a consultation basis with your primary therapist.
