Many children I work with struggle with a lack of stranger anxiety and with understanding personal boundaries. Sometimes this warrants a Disinhibited Social Engagement Disorder Diagnosis but doesn't always. This visual can be used to support you in teaching children who struggle with such boundaries by helping them visualize the different social circles in their world, who belongs in each, and what rules we follow with each group of people. This can also be used simply as a great teaching tool for young children as they learn such social rules.
 
Write names or place images of the people in your child's life into the circles to use this visual.
