The Nap Spot Visual was developed as a visual reminder of naptime expectations for a child. While it could be used for the classroom as a whole, it is also appropriate to post visually next to kiddos that have difficulty staying still and quiet during naptimes. It is recommended that you review the expectations by using the visual prior to asking a child to begin settling for nap and then try simply pointing at the visual as needed for reminders, increasing the level of intervention you provide as needed.
